These terms apply only to AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts, a non-marketing customer-care text messaging program operated by AdvisorGenie Inc. for existing AdvisorGenie customers.
Program: AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts.
The program sends short check-in questions that help an existing customer capture current business context in their private AdvisorGenie account. It does not send advertisements, sales offers, or promotional messages.
Messages for this program originate from +1 (484) 859-1245 and identify AdvisorGenie in the message body.
From the authenticated AdvisorGenie portal, a customer chooses Once a week or Twice a week, reviews the disclosure beside the Text me button, and selects Text me. The enrollment control is not preselected. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using AdvisorGenie. The complete consent flow is publicly available at https://portal.advisorgenie.com/sms-checkin-opt-in.
AdvisorGenie sends one or two check-in questions per week according to the cadence the customer selects. After a customer reply, AdvisorGenie may send an acknowledgement or at most one follow-up question. Message frequency changes only when the customer changes cadence, opts out, or reactivates the program.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. AdvisorGenie will confirm the opt-out and will not send additional Check-In Texts unless the customer later reactivates the program. Reply HELP for help or email support@advisorgenie.com.
A customer who previously enrolled and opted out may reply START or UNSTOP to reactivate the same program.
AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts are intended for U.S. mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on carrier coverage, device availability, network conditions, and account status.
Our dedicated AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts Privacy Policy explains what mobile information this program collects and how it is used. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these terms when the program changes or when required by law or carrier rules. We will publish the effective date above. A material change to the program's purpose or consent terms will require a new affirmative enrollment where applicable.
